These 2 pics are 29 years apart! Our 4th date in 1996 was a SD harbor dinner cruise. Our adult children got us this as a gift and we got to recreate this date 29 years later!! We had so much fun! The service was great, Brook and Max were so friendly and also very happy for us. The views were bar none - you can’t get better than a harbor cruise in San Diego! The food was mediocre but we didn’t care. The DJ Mimi, was so fun. We danced the night away. In fact, we didn’t even realize we were back at the dock until Mimi announced it. That’s how much fun we were having. We decided we need to do that more often. Give it a try, I don’t think you’ll regret it.

We went on the Stars & Stripes Spectacular Cruise on the 4th of July with Flagship, and it was absolutely amazing! It was our first time doing this and it definitely won’t be our last—we were visiting from Phoenix for my birthday, and this is now officially an annual tradition. I had no idea food was even included with the ticket, and it was such a great surprise. The buffet had mini burgers, BBQ pulled pork, and sautéed mushrooms that were absolutely delicious. We got in line at 5:30pm to board at 7:30pm and just barely snagged a table for five on the top deck, so definitely arrive early if you want good seats! Every staff member and crew person we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The whole night felt seamless and special. And the fireworks? I’ve never been so close to them in my life—it was breathtaking. This experience is worth every single penny and then some. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had an amazing time on the sightseeing cruise! It was super comfortable and relaxing. There were three decks with plenty of seating. On the top deck, there were tables with chairs and benches along the rails. There was also a snack bar with beer, soft drinks, snacks, and hot dogs. We did the two-hour tour, which combined the one-hour north bay tour, a return to the dock, and the South Bay tour. If you’re a navy fan, you’ll love this tour. We saw multiple bases, almost every type of ship in service, and different types of aircraft. The bay was beautiful, and the narrator was great - informative and entertaining. I highly recommend taking this cruise; it should be on your must-do list for San Diego!

Super cool taking the ferry across the bay. It has a REALLY good view of the USS Midway as you leave. It's about 15 minutes. I was bikepacking and was able to get my bike loaded on the ferry. I highly recommend it.
