My daughter had been experiencing foot pain with both her soccer cleats and running shoes for track. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We accidentally took home the wrong shoe box, but when I returned it while getting help trimming her soccer insoles, the team quickly sorted everything out. Later, they even emailed me to let me know they had accidentally charged me for the wrong shoes and had already refunded the difference — something I hadn’t even noticed. Their honesty and outstanding service were truly impressive. Highly recommend!
