I thought this was an overall great experience. I hadn’t bought running shoes in a long time and the staff there was so helpful and walked me through a bunch of options and did the foot scan to find out what would be best. The person who helped me brought up 4 pairs of different shoes and brands and walked me through each. Overall, would definitely come back. This type of retail experience is hard to come by these days!

I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and was warmly greeted by Aaron Brunmeier. He was calm, knowledgeable, and super patient. He used the store’s foot-scanning technology to give me personalized recommendations—and I found out I’ve been wearing shoes that are too small my whole life! I also learned that I have medium to high arches and a couple other things which helped me to make a more informed decision about which shoe to purchase. Aaron answered all my questions without rushing or pressuring me. At one point, I felt overwhelmed by all the options and told him I was going to step out for a coffee to think it over. When I came back, he welcomed me back just as kindly. I ended up buying my first pair of HOKA running shoes—and because the experience was so positive, I also grabbed a cute little bag. These days, it can feel like Gen Z customer service (disengaged and unhelpful) is everywhere—but this store really reminded me what great customer care looks like. Aaron was a total standout, and I’ve already recommended a family member to check it out. I’ll definitely be back!

This location is always busy—and well-staffed—because the team offers exceptional service and clearly shares a passion for running. I had a wonderful experience getting fitted for shoes. After getting measured, the shoes I ended up with are the most comfortable I’ve ever owned, and so well suited to my feet. I have always patronized Fleet Feet for their outstanding service. The clerk who helped me couldn't have been less interested in helping me - at each "step" of my purchase experience. Lots of passive aggressive nonsense going on. Threw down the boxes and told me to try them on. No attempt to talk about the shoe, the fit etc. Wouldn't measure my foot without a lot of unneccesary back and forth with some measuring machine when a old school foot measurement thing was right there. No thank you on payment. Absolutely miserable !!! I never write reviews, but I simply must call out this awful experience (my last with them....and the last for each member of my family now).
