Great location, no parking issues. There’s plenty of parking. The yoga instructors are phenomenal. Adam’s classes were my favorite! Up for a challenge try Adrianna power yoga , cute yoga studio. After 8 years in Austin exploring different yoga studios , I will have to say this is by far my favorite !

The owner and her husband are toxic and fake. They fake being nice to get people to sign up. The wife is nasty and vindictive behind the scenes. They’re not good people. They called the cops on a disabled veteran to prevent him from taking classes at their studio. A senior citizen on a walker had to cross a busy street at their Cedar Park location because they have their members taking up all the parking. They don’t care. They use third party services like Class Pass to artificially inflate their classes with people to the point they’re over crowded pass capacity than what’s legally permitted. People end up getting kicked and punched because the there’s hardly any room in the classes. They just want to cram their classes full of as many people as possible. It’s all about the money. They run a pyramid scheme. They get as many people as they can signed up for memberships and target wealthy clients to get them to pay thousands of dollars for their teaching classes.

My impression of this place has soured with the studio’s lack of transparency with changes being made, where some of the best teachers are leaving or reducing their presence and the schedule is now oversaturated with recent YTT graduates or newer instructors. I’ve been in classes that were straight up frustrating to sit through. I highly recommend Sam Pullen, Kim-Jamy, Olly, Kiana, Annick, Angelina if you happen to see them on the schedule here or teaching around town. The studio is clean and parking is good. The bolsters in one or both of the rooms feel like they’re made of cardboard, have never seen that in my life. My Vinyasa Practice is a diploma mill for online teacher training—*not* investing in props is a choice.

I love this beautiful and well located yoga studio! I found it on Google maps and an ACL music themed class brought me in. Pam’s ACL class was so great and got me interested in a membership! Cody’s classes have kept me coming back— they’re challenging but I leave feeling really good! I have also enjoyed Sam’s flow. This yoga studio has two nice rooms next door to each other and both are amazing spaces to practice in. I can’t say enough about this yoga studio! Definitely check it out!

Wow! I was so excited to discover this studio, a much-needed addition to this part of Austin. This is a very beautiful space with classic, no-frills vinyasa. The 7am classes are fabulous. So grateful to have such a high-quality studio down south.
