The place was pretty slammed when I went in and the staff was doing a great job juggling the customers, the phone, etc. - better than I could have. Despite it all, I had a great experience. I described what I needed from a pair of shoes. Based on my input, the woman brought out a pair from the back. They were perfect. I bought them. The end. I couldn't have asked for a simpler experience. I'll definitely go back and, hopefully, for the sake of the staff, there will be more hands on deck to relieve some of the pressure on them.

I entered the store with a specific shoe in mind. The staff member informed me they were solo, which they handled amazingly. They were incredibly knowledgeable. My research had been flawed, so they recommended trying a few different brands and styles. The last pair I tried was perfect lol. I had been particularly drawn to Nike Flyknits because they didn’t require socks. However, the staff member insisted that socks were necessary. I reluctantly submitted, I now have socks. They were totally right, the the advancement in technology, all across the board between shoes and socks has really changed and I definitely wasn’t with it. I was thoroughly impressed by their efficiency and expertise. The shoes are incredible!

had a good experience here, the young man with curly blonde hair helped me try on SO MANY pairs of shoes. he was very patient and knowledgeable about all the types of shoes and their features. he untied and opened them up prior to me trying them on which made it easy to try them- a nice detail of a good customer service. i spent a lot of money but it was well worth it, the two pairs of shoes and insoles i got are working well for me.

The staff was very patient, very kind and friendly, and helped me find the perfect shoe, and he gave me many helpful advice. I would never have been able to try so many shoes in another store nor online. Definitely recommend!

Christina patiently and expertly provided me with shoes that made my feet feel better. It was a wonderful experience.
