I’m in town for a month and coming to classes here 4-5 days a week has definitely become a highlight! I’ve taken their Bikram, yoga sculpt, and hot vinyasa classes so far and have left all of them feeling in a great mood and that I got a great workout in. Their intro 7 class pass for $39 is also an incredible deal and a wonderful way to try out the studio. Each class I’ve taken has been a different instructor too and it’s been great to experience that they all are very talented and knowledgeable. Lastly, each class ends with a complementary cold lavender towel and popsicles which is just an added cherry on top.

I absolutely love this studio! All of the instructors are so nice and knowledgeable. I love how community oriented they are. Hot yoga and inferno hot pilates have changed my life this year. I’m so thankful for the practice. The studio is always clean and the membership is the most affordable I’ve seen in Portland. I literally tell everyone about this place. I just told my allergy shot nurse today and gave her a guest pass🤭 We get cold lavender towels and popsicles end of class. I’m vegan and I love that they always have a vegan option.
