They do what they can with what they have. sadly they are in a city that in my opinion sucks. they housed my family in a house, they did all they could to provide what we needed. helped get us in an apartment, sadly jobs there in Austin were good. daycare's in Austin suck. so after getting my apartment i lost job due to personal reasons, and got stuck. foundation helped the very best they could with limited resources. and their kindness was appreciated. had a couple conflicts with an employee there, however that person and i were able to resolve in a professional manner. i think the state should fund them better and they should all get a raise for all the hard tasks they go through.
