This is the best place to work out! Rashad and Crystal are amazing trainers/people and have created a wonderful community. I started two years ago with no experience, and now cannot imagine my life without this gym. The classes continue to challenge me, and I think it's about as close to personal training as you can get in a group environment. It's a special place, highly recommend.

I wish I had known about this dojo years ago! Best decision I've made this year for my health, inside and out. Rashad and Crystal are kind, enthusiastic, motivating, and so enjoyable to train with. The classes are structured very well with strength conditioning and kicking butt! Foxy & Fierce is beginner and experienced friendly. Try a free trial class. You may very well fall in love with kickboxing!

Girll, just get in here! It’s only been two weeks, but so worth it! I came in after my sister invited me and walked out the first class feeling whooped but great! Rashad is a great teacher and very informative about kickboxing and how to take care of body and defend yourself if needed! Not only are you getting stronger but more in tune with your body. I previously had a bad experience with my wrist and boxing but we stretch so much in between everything, I feel confident and good about fully going in on the exercises. I don’t feel so stiff from my usual day to day anymore. I also enjoy that all levels are welcome and comfortable. It’s easy to look forward to classes every week and get into the routine.

I’ve been coming here since January and absolutely love it. I was nervous at first because I’ve never taken any sort of fighting class but Rashad is amazing and very observant. He notices if my form is lacking and gives me notes on how to make it better. The support from him and the other women keep me coming back for more!

Why do women love kickboxing at group bootcamps like Foxy and Fierce? Kickboxing is rapidly becoming a favored fitness method for women because it offers a comprehensive approach to health that is as mentally invigorating as it is physically demanding. Unlike many traditional workouts focusing mainly on weight loss, kickboxing builds strength, endurance, and confidence simultaneously. It improves cardiovascular health by increasing oxygen uptake and lung function, which helps sustain energy throughout the day. This form of training also enhances flexibility, speed, agility, and muscle power in both upper and lower body regions. Moreover, the intense exertion leads to deeper, higher-quality sleep, which is vital for stress management and recovery. On a psychological level, kickboxing empowers women to channel their inner strength, overcome fears, and develop resilience by mastering challenging routines and perfecting their technique. The social atmosphere amplifies these benefits as classes foster friendships and a sense of belonging, which research shows can improve happiness and reduce stress more effectively than exercising alone.
How does the community aspect of Foxy and Fierce enhance the bootcamp experience? The powerful social environment at Foxy and Fierce is a critical component that sets it apart from solo workouts or generic gyms. Women attending group kickboxing classes often find that the built-in accountability and encouragement from peers keep them motivated to return consistently. Group fitness classes increase exercise adherence by up to 45% compared to solo training, especially when women participate together. Friends can hold each other accountable, celebrate progress, and push through tough workouts as a team. Sharing fitness goals in a safe, supportive space reduces stress levels significantly—sometimes by as much as 26%—while boosting confidence and happiness. This community-driven approach also helps mitigate the common barriers women face when exercising, such as lack of time or motivation. With Foxy and Fierce’s welcoming atmosphere, newcomers and seasoned athletes alike receive professional instruction and personal attention, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and challenged. This inclusive vibe makes it an ideal venue to host group meetups and create lasting connections infused with strength and positivity.

The workouts incorporate key elements such as bench presses, medicine ball throws, squats, and jumps executed under expert guidance for maximum benefit without injury.
