Had a jam studio here for maybe years. Ours happened to have a sturdy 2nd floor someone (Carpenter?) had built with stairs/ladder to get up there and a couch to for guests and everyone to enjoy. Not your typical experience with Francisco Studios. Heard about it by word of mouth. 5/5

It's an old recording studio building. Everyone in general is good too each other it usually doesn't get a lot of people until after the sun goes down which in the summertime is good cuz the air conditioning sucks horribly!! Once you go into your personal studio you don't feel it at all there's no air flow whatsoever

I just recently relocated back to the Phoenix area. I had previously rented rooms here while I was in college with other bands, that’s been over 20 years ago now. I have a few musician friends that currently are renting spaces. Initially upon speaking to Beck he was willing and beyond eager to rent me the “medium sized room.” I mentioned to him I’m a professional drummer. I called back confirming takes cash. He then randomly asks what else I do. I stated I occasionally produce music. From there he begins saying no to me he’s had bad experiences with engineers/producers/beat makers. Non of which I am and had previously stated. My wife whom he had also spoken to days prior called today as well. He proceeded to tell my wife I told him I was a producer and nothing we say will get him to rent to us… I was literally about to go the atm and withdraw money. I’m glad not only did his character become relevant early, but it’s also obviously sad that this isn’t the same Francisco studios. I’ll never patronize this company again. I also advise anyone interested to not sound Ethnic/make beats/ or engineer. 20 years of my business gone!!!

The studio has been around for years! To see many celebrities that have use this facility. Has perfect size rooms for 4 to 5 people at a price that is very affordable! The security is very while tight on this place. Musicians don't have to worry about leaving their instruments there, if you choose to. Because he has plenty of cameras to see what's going on all the time and anybody tries to break in will be caught because alarm will sound off to the police department and the place will be surrounded by police to get all and any thieves! Now this might be a hassle for band that's loading up or are loading in after show. But I'm sure they rather go through this then have any of their equipment stolen! I have not heard of anybody that has their instruments stolen there, in the studio anyway where they rent. But the people that go there are pretty much musicians related as in, their managers or publicist. Sometimes an unsigned band we'll get lucky And management may end up picking them up because they like what they heard, not if you could hear them that well unless you get close to their door! But this is a very cool place to bands that need a cool place for rehearsal! It is a 5 star rating and 5 being the highest
