5 stars to Sandy, the Customer Service Specialist! She does the job of 3 people at once, and shows care and consideration for all! Other than that, the Customer Service Dept is pathetic. They need at least two people working simultaneously because they also handle money services, which take up so much time. The lines are long and still they only has the one customer service clerk working. Another issue is such lack of care for the store's customers. The managers and a hearty handful of clerks and cashiers forget that we "paying customers" ARE THEIR NEXT PAYCHECK!!! Lately I've noticed about two out of every five shopping trips there have been nothing but chaos and stress. It shouldn't be this way. A little customer appreciation goes a long way. On another note, the pharmacy deserves 5 stars for their part. They do an incredible job!

Fred Meyer is a convenient one-stop shop offering groceries, clothing, electronics, home goods, and more. The store is usually well-stocked, and I appreciate the variety of products and weekly deals. Staff can be hit or miss—some are very helpful, while others seem stretched thin—but overall, the experience is positive. I love being able to get everything I need in one trip. The store layout is easy to navigate, and their self-checkout is fast. Definitely a reliable place for both everyday needs and occasional big shopping trips.

The Lake City Fred Meyers is my "go to" place for almost everything. It's definitely a 1 stop shop. From groceries that are low priced. To clothing and attire in the latest fashions. There's anything you might need or want for your home and garden. Whether it be beautifully crafted furniture, wall decor, bath essentials or just a box of thumbtacks you're in search of. Fred Meyer has you covered. And the best part is the outstanding customer service. Every time I go I'm made to feel like a valued customer by all the staff and employees. I honestly can't say enough. So do yourself and wallet a favor and shop Fred Meyer. They also give back to the community by supporting low income families with necessary back to school clothes and supplies. They're extremely generous to all the kids and families by hosting Operation School Bell. Absolutely fantastic.

I recently moved nearby and this is my favorite grocery store to date. The prices are more than fair on all their foods, they even offer zero waste discounted bags in the produce section if you want a variety of ready to eat fruits and veggies! The workers are absolutely lovely and helped me with a “coinstar” machine issue i was having even though they didn’t have to, very polite and hard working people.

They do a great job keeping that place together, safe, and clean, given the high level of crime I'd say they do a very commendable job and deserve praise. 4 stars, could be 5 but I docked them one star simply for the availability of some items, as well as the closing time being an hour earlier than other fred Meyers, and additionally I've had one u pleasant interaction with a gentleman working the customer service/returns counter, but overall this is a Fred Meyer I enjoy going to and I will ship at again.
