Took them wheels and tires to mount and when I called for an update they responded if it’s here it’s in line the hung up on me. Not only did they not do the work in the quoted time but they then claimed I was lying about the time frame they gave over the phone which was on the bike, scheduled to come in would take a week, loose wheels would likely be done in two days maybe less if they could fit them in between other jobs. 4 days later they were still untouched. I spent about an hour searching for my bearing dust cover which I knew was with the wheels when they got dropped off and did eventually find after they moved a trailer outside the shop but rather than be able to tell them I had found it…they closed the doors in my face and went home early because that’s good business.
