I sent the email below and never received a response. Maybe this will get some attention. I honestly can’t believe you guys cut our times in the evenings by 40 minutes. Before we would return the boat at Sunset and now it’s 40 minutes before Sunset time. In the Winter, we’ll barely get 3.5 hours in the afternoons reservations. 2 of the new Elite Boats had broken Anchors for months, currently have broken sound systems for over 1 month now. All the things we wanted on an ELITE boat and they have been broken for 1-2 months now. How long does it take to fix a radio?? No communication letting us know what’s going on or what you are doing to fix it. Both Bahia II and Odysseus have sound systems that don’t work. Very disappointing. At least respond to my email. I did not want to post this because I have really enjoyed the boat club but after not getting a single Reply to my concerns, I figured maybe this might help. More than happy to remove the bad review if someone replies to my concerns.

Amazing location! They do need more boats but they just opened a few months back. Joseph was great and very helpful! We are from Tampa so it’s great to have a boat location in Miami. They also have 24ft cobias with 250hp Yamahas which is great! Wish we had those in Tampa bay and st Pete!

This is such a popular destination, but we were able to reservation about 3 weeks out before our trip. Very happy with this location and FBC overall.
