Charlie is so generous with his time, basically offering taiji instruction/practice daily. This is not for the feint of heart or casual taichi practitioner. It really does take consistent practice, patience, and intention/determination to keep up with learning real taiji. It's not something you'll achieve right away. After coming semi-consistently for a few months, I'm finally feeling amazingly 'activated' in my body (channels/meridians in the torso, chakras, what have you) during class, and this 'qi' feeling comes and goes throughout the day, which feels very nice. It's different for everyone and I wouldn't be able to characterize it for others, but for me it's maybe like getting a dopamine high behind my chest. I've gotten it from other forms of qigong as well, but only from true internal arts from real lineages. And you have to practice consistently, or else you're not really doing anything or changing anything in your body.
