Me and my sister went for a salad but decided on the Mediterranean Quinoa Rice Bowl with grilled shrimp , the Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Tomato Bisque instead. Kevin the manager on duty there suggested a quinoa bowl since I have a gluten allergy and pointed out all The GF items on the menu. As soon as we walked in a young woman greeted us with a menu and a smile. The place was clean, tables were wiped and it was easy to order. The food was indeed delicious and the soup was rich and aromatic. You could tell the mashed potatoes were homemade and not made from flakes.

There are so many things to choose from on the menu and you can’t go wrong with anything that Fresh to Order has to offer!!! You can dine in, take out, call it in or pick it up. Ask for Kevin, the manager!! He will give you the exemplary customer service of a fine dining restaurant!!!! Kevin asked me if I wanted to use my points and I got my Market Salad with salmon for $3!!! Then he gave me a drink on the house. Then he came around with samples to try!!!! Who does all of that, in this economy?!! After you eat here, you will swear that this place will be your new favorite spot!!!!

Great location at the entrance of Cumberland Mall right across the parking lot from Costco. The food here is significantly better quality than anything in the food court, but it will cost double the price. The restaurant itself is clean and spacious with a nice layout and window/outdoor seating. Service can be hit or miss but not a deal breaker. The food quality is great and that makes up for a lack of training and or effort. In our world today it’s hard to make it out here. Food prices have greatly increased and so when you spend the kind of money to eat out you really want the quality and service to be dependable. In this case you take a bit of a chance. Food quality saves it for on this one.

Came in today looking for healthier options to the upstairs food court and I was pleasantly surprised by this location. I’ve always passed never giving a second thought, be when I came in the atmosphere was warm. The manager was friendly and gave a thorough explanation of the menu and what I can substitute from my order. As a first time customer, I was definitely happy with my order (small spinach salad with fruits and a raspberry vinaigrette that was good). I will visit this restaurant more often when in the area.
