The booking process was straightforward, and they didn't even charge me for glove rental Everyone was so welcoming and happy to teach, not just the coach. I've had bad experiences with coaches refusing to adjust the difficulty for students, and Dave wasn't like that at all. He was great at seeing when I was getting information overload and simplifying the routine, but pushing me farther when he thought I was getting the hang of things. I loved that everyone was so persistent about getting the technique right. I'm pretty bad at footwork and i think I got much less bad by the end of the hour. The gym is old but everything is clean with great ventilation. I'm so sad I was just visiting because I would have loved to join

Incredible place to start your boxing journey, whether you’re looking to compete or just learn the craft and get fit. The coaches here are the best I’ve ever been trained by, and I had been boxing for a few years overseas. All the coaches really make you feel welcome from the start. Dave greets me almost every time I come into the gym, and the atmosphere is so friendly and comfortable. Coach Cole’s MWF morning classes are a must if you’re looking to get into shape through boxing specific strength and conditioning workouts, it has made me mentally and physically stronger since I started attending those! Coach Johnny and Dave’s weekly classes really help me fine tune my boxing skills, and are ultimately making me a better boxer. Truly feels like one big boxing family. So glad I found this place.

My girlfriend and I have been going to Cole’s morning cardio class pretty consistently since January. We began feeling stronger immediately and noticed significant results after just 3 months. I hadn’t worked out consistently since high school but Cole’s unique blend of boxing and cardio continue to keep us engaged and, most importantly, challenged. Can’t stress enough how effective these classes are !
