I used to love supporting local business here like this one. Noticed they were selling journey together and told my partner they were scalping prices. A guy behind the counter rudely said "if scalpers are scalping why can't we?" The prices are clearly stated on pokemon center.com. Avoid if you want fair prices and good customer interaction. Edit: In case there was a misunderstanding here, they are priced correctly at Pokemoncenter.com. Regardless of what this dude says, he was rude as hell and should have approached this situation truthfully and not like he did. And yes, you did say "if scalpers are scalping, why can't we" we have witnesses, nice try. Will be spreading this everywhere I can.

I would love to give this place 5 stars.. but honestly I can’t. The employees are nice enough, the owner is decent as well.with that said I have been severely put off with the greed my last few trips. I spend at least 1000$ here a week on sealed product had been for months now.. and anytime I would ask for a minimal discount(5-10%) I get told “ oh I don’t have that authority” and then employee disappears.. if I was ownership I would pay attention to the bigger buyers that come through your door and take care of them because after my last trip today. I won’t be back. Had enough with the penny pinching and avoidant customer service. I will say they’re a great shop with a good amount of product. But that only will get your so far IMO, the way it’s being ran won’t be sustainable. If the other reviews don’t steer people clear of this place I hope mine will. Go support another local card shop this place is greed and lacking care for their customers.
