If you need a gaming console repaired these are the guys you want to bring it to! Not only are they extremely helpful & knowledgeable they are also very friendly. I recently bought a Xbox series X that was repaired by a previous shop (the previous shop did not fix the issues it was having and were very shady when I asked them what they did). Game Republik assured me that they would properly diagnose and repair it, and that they did! I really appreciate how thorough they were with the repair process. They communicated very well with me and gave me a straight forward price and what to expect on repair time. It wasn’t a super common issue but they were able to handle it no problem. A few months ago, I heard about this shop through Instagram and decided that it would be a great place for my laptop to be repaired. I do genuinely wish I could recommend this place for laptop repair, but after my experience here, that isn't possible. I brought my working gaming laptop here to have a stripped heatsink replaced, I even supplied my own heatsink to the shop, but the shop ended up taking up over 3 weeks with good quick communication over Instagram at first but when they didn't reply to a question I had I went to go check up on the laptop in person they said "It's not turning on and I don't know why" I demanded to have the laptop back and took it home to discover that the shop broke the motherboard leaving me without a working laptop for high-school and collage. (Edit/response) Sir, It doesn't matter that I stripped the heatsink. What matters is that i brought the laptop to your company to have it repaired, and in the repair process, Chris managed to cause more damage to the laptop than when it came into your store. If you can fix board damage, then why did you cause the damage in the first place and not repair it like you said you do "Everyday" It is also not my fault for having a "Garbage Designed laptop" me as a consumer didn't Design the motherboard of the laptop. And I did pick up your phone call where I heard you talk about "Females bringing alpha energy into the house." I took that as you being misogynistic. You said this in relation to my mother being angry about seeing a broken laptop. I think any person seeing a broken item of theirs would be angry. Sure, I may not be innocent in the fact I cause the stripped screws in the first place. But you're not innocent in DEFLECTING the very fact your company broke a VERY expensive laptop that was able to turn on prior to me bringing it to your shop. another fact is your company has existed since 2006. youtube as a company has existed since December 15th of 2005. youtube is one year older than your company. There was no "Pre-Youtube" time that you speak of.
