I have ATTEMPTED to do business with this specific location for about 6 days now with each time being more disappointing than the next. I called to check and see about trade in offers and to verify that the location here was open but was met with "We had a discrepancy in store and need to close" and "Our system is down". I've seen many locations close because of extremely poor management and this is one that needs to go down the same route. Extremely unprofessional staff who lie to potential customers.

Visited this location, on August 18, 2025. There was only one associate in the store at the time. The young lady with glasses, was very disrespectful to me after I asked her if she could check in the back for a product. The young lady flat out told me “No”. Shortly after, she told me to get the “f-word out of her store as she proceeded to call her manager”. This is absolutely no way to treat a paying customer. I am very disappointed and disrespected by the service I received. I will never shop at this store again. I will be filing a formal complaint as well because I felt entirely threatened by the way she yelled at me.
