It was an absolute delight! My teenage son had saved and saved for this purchase, and the team was organized and so much fun! We will love our purchase even more because of the awesome customer service and a system that was streamlined and made sense. Despite being a regular for years, my loyalty seemed to mean nothing to them. They refused to honor the warranty, citing vague, baseless reasons. It’s one thing for a store to falter in customer service, but for a company that thrives on customer relationships, it’s downright unacceptable. I expect much better from a well-established brand. Don’t waste your time or money here unless you enjoy being ignored and mistreated.

Manager sold me a game that didn’t have the one particular game that I came in and asked for in the first place! (PAC-Man) Then said no refund after I opened it. That’s how I found out the game wasn’t part of the console. It’s unfortunate for my loss and I highly DON’T recommend a store that blatantly lie to your face. Another store said they should have refunded my money. I don’t play games, it was a gift for a request of PAC-MAN ONLY. Wasted my time, energy and money.
