Most ridiculous customer service I have experienced in my life. I realize GameStop is known for their lowballing but 60 bucks for a PS4 when they’re turning it around and selling it for 170 dollars is ridiculous. Not to mention the lack of problem solving skills of the employees I was sitting in line for around an hour when there were only 2 people in the store there was a problem with their computer causing problems with the trade in area which is the only place in the store to trade in a console. We recommended to the employee that we she should try our console on the computer rather than the guy that had been trying to fix his clearly broken console at the computer they completely ignored our request so they decided to spend even more time trying to fix the most there customers console. By the time they had just completed given up on trying to fix the other customers console we finally got to the counter where they proceeded to say we didn’t have all the cords we needed even though those cords don’t even come with a ps4 when your buying it new so all that time spent for absolutely no reward. Never coming here again.
