A visit to the Georgia Aquarium is an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a sense of wonder that lasts throughout your entire visit. The sheer variety of sea creatures is breathtaking—I could have spent hours just watching the whale sharks and manta rays glide through the massive Ocean Voyager exhibit. It's truly a spectacle to see so many different species thriving in one place. Beyond the incredible animal exhibits, what really stood out to me was the aquarium's commitment to preservation and conservation. It's clear they're doing important work to protect marine life, and it feels good to support an organization that's making such a positive impact. Despite the high number of guests, the aquarium is designed with plenty of space for everyone. You never feel crowded or rushed, and it's easy to move from one exhibit to another at your own pace. The open walkways and spacious viewing areas ensure that everyone gets a great view, no matter how busy it is. Overall, the Georgia Aquarium is a fantastic destination for all ages. Beautiful Aquarium. The first aquarium I've visited that didn't smell like pure fish all over the place. Me and my 11 year old went for a visit here recently. It took us about 2 hours to do / see everything we wanted to experience // see. There is A LOT to do but we didn't do + see everything they offered. I will say the merchandise is priced very very high. A magnet for a fridge is $15+. Keep that in mind if you plan on buying anything on your visit. TIP: Make sure when you arrive to go and book your seat for any of the shows you want to see. You MUST book a spot... I thought this was interesting. (We didn't want to book anything but I'm glad someone told me before visiting or I wouldn't have known). Tickets can be purchased online or at a kiosk right before entering the line to go in.

Absolutely amazing aquarium. Took my granddaughter and we spent more than 4 hours here. I loved the layout and all the unique displays. We enjoyed the touch ponds and being able to interact with the staff. They were so informative and friendly. We loved everything here except the food.

Brought my 7 year old 2 weeks ago. So much fun. We did the Beluga and Penguin experiences. Well worth the extra money. We went in the morning. Then left for a few hours when it was super busy. Came back about 5 for the Dolphin show and revisited some areas we didn't spend enough time in. Hotel was across the street so we could easily go back to rest. Recommended for ages 7 and up. Maybe 5 or 6. Any younger and it will be overwhelming. Exhibits are amazing. This is a must visit aquarium if you have never been.

WOW is all I can say! This aquarium is unlike any we have visited, and we have been to many. We went in the afternoon after nap time and were able to see basically everything before closing and the crowds weren’t crazy. Be aware - if you go later in the day some shows might not be offered. We made it to see the dolphin show - totally worth it! The variety of animals, cleanliness and cutting edge designs of the building itself, and the friendliness of staff made our visit great. The people who work there seem to genuinely love their jobs and it translates into a great time for visitors. Our 2.5 year old loved everything, especially the belugas, whale shark, and huge grouper! I loved the sharks, what an awesome inspiring exhibit. We can’t wait to come back!
