I got tickets for June mountain through this place for first time. It turned out to be last time too. Realized a very expensive big mistake buying tickets through them. Mountain was closed for the weekends that we intended to travel. Later they offered for the dates that never worked as per calendar. First they mentioned we have to use before season, then they said will try to reuse for next season, now finally they said I cannot use those credits. Only good thing they are very prompt in responding to your questions on call. Lessons learned with costly mistake and hope you don't make the same mistake too.

I really liked working with the team. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone. And we got a very good deal with their help. However there were problems with both our lift ticket and lodging reservations. Steamboat didn’t have record of our payment or at least the systems didn’t seem to connect well which led to a delay that was resolved after 45 minutes at the slopes. And our condo had us checking out after two days when our full stay was to be six days. Again easily rectified but seemed like the system and processes weren’t fully robust. Thus my three stars instead of five. Thanks.
