We had a blast playing "The Heist" as a group of 6. Really appreciated that they could do a last-minute booking for us on a Saturday night after there were issues with another escape room we booked. Gamemaster and the zombie were amazing. They were nice and made the experience worth going. It was scary in a sense and it helped make the room feel longer. The puzzles were not hard, just the scare factor. One puzzle or two were not functional/not working but it did not hinder the fun times we had. We did the chained zombie, minimum 6 and there is 10% gratuity added on after. I dont mind since the actor was good.

I’ve done a few different escape rooms and this one was by far the best experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was detailed, the perfect balance of challenging and doable, and super fun! Also not a bad price. The facility was very nice and just overall a pleasant place to be. The people working there were very nice. We had multiple rooms and had a great time, but each of our rooms had items that were not working or falling apart which affected finding out the clues. Apart from that we had a great time. For us to come back we would need to know that upgrades have been done and items are working properly.
