He took me through an array of options and I was quite satisfied with gaining more information. Then I found out they allow test rides, so I decided to take one on a particular model I was leaning toward, and that really helped me make my decision. I came back from that ride and we worked numbers and made a deal. Now this is the part that usually takes forever. I think it took an hour and 15 minutes from “let’s run numbers” to the complete sale. The speediness, attention they provide, the banter, and all around friendliness made it actually really fun. They even introduce you to a parts specialist to discuss accessories and riding gear while you’re waiting. Of course this is a great sales tactic but there is no pressure. Heidi was great at showing me some gear and discussing a couple upgrades I was already considering. All in all, I have a new first choice whenever I’m in the market again. And a special shout out to Jason my sales guy, Dylan the finance guy, and Heidi the parts specialist. I’ll send everyone I know to you. And I’m so excited to have a comfortable distance bike now to get away on weekends and do some two-wheel traveling!

It took about 3 weeks, a lot of questions, back and forth on text, and a few visit to the dealership before I came to my final decision on buying my Ducati V4S.
