Delivery for the most part reliable. However quantity unsteady, no fresh fruit, little protein except beans, rice .Chicken often disguised , if present , in minced concoction. ..Quantity has dropped off, salads are good but not always in the delivery. I don't have big appetite, weigh about 100, but GLWD food not enough..inadequate.. So 1-10. Give it about 5! I supplement with ordering cans from big box or asking family to bring eggs, fruit etc..buy not available usually ( distance, other reasons). In summary: I AM STRUGGLING. Calling insurance, HIPPA for alternatives. Ot see if HIPPA has other help to suggest. Since HIPAA probably finding programs!!!! Can't taste food, need to add spices. Nothing wrong with my taste buds!!!!¡ The food has NO SPICES AT ALL.

One of the WORST companies to get food for loved ones. My mom does not qualify for food from anywhere else, she has serious medical issues. I have called and emailed several times and they never answer. They never email back. It’s been three months that my mom has been without food and they never return my emails or calls. I finally get someone on the phone and they say (after not being able to find a form in the email when I’m looking at the sent email) that the forms are wrong. SO inept. I can’t tell you how unhelpful they are.
