Golden Dragon is my #1 go-to Chinese restaurant. I’ve visited more than 10 times over the past two years, and every single time, the food has been consistently excellent. The flavors are always impressive, and the portions are very generous for the price. All the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and pleasant. My personal favorite dishes are the Siu Mai, Sweet and Sour Pork, and Shrimp Fried Rice. Adding chili oil to the fried rice really takes it to the next level. They also serve oolong tea throughout the meal, which I found really helpful for digestion. I hope everyone gets to enjoy these dishes, and I truly wish Golden Dragon continued success in the future.

We came specifically to try the food here and it was very good! If you come from China you will give it probably a 6/10 but compared to what it’s available in the states you can expect a nice and enjoyable meal! 10/10. The service was fast and efficient and we enjoy how the people around us seemed to also be having a great time! We for sure will come back! Shout out to the porridge which was my first and it was delicious!

I liked Golden Dragon years ago. But they served tea from rotten tea branches a few years back and I never went back and tried other Chinatown restaurants. (I discovered Hop Woo.) But I went back just to check them out again. I ordered my favorite: sweet and sour pork. It was bad! The pieces of pork were too fatty. There were entire pieces that were just fat! 3/4 of the pieces had a lot of fat. Completely inedible. I don't remember it being that fatty years ago. More fat than meat. Some pieces were all fat. It was gross. I won't be back. Hop Woo was much better even though they're a little expensive. Too bad; I was hoping Golden Dragon would not disappoint. I will not be back.

It’s neat that they validate parking for 2 hours in the valet. The food was really good, traditional canton taste. Servers are quite busy though and hard to get their attention. Food wise it’s there, don’t have to look further if your in the neighborhood for that sort of food

Good dim sum with fast friendly service. Went on Sat morning. Friendly staff auntie walked around with porridge and beef tripes, fried stuff eggplants, rice noodle Chinese donuts etc. Wish I could eat more as two of us were stuff with steam dim sum already. Reasonably price. Not a fancy restaurant but it is convenient located at the heart of Chinatown. Lots of local uncles and aunties enjoying their dim sum.
