I had gone in without an appointment to buy some new irons. Matt I believe his name was helped me even though his appointment was coming in 10 minutes. Super quick and watched me hit some balls and recommended some irons which I ordered. Matt was awesome, super professional, treated me with respect. My disappointment was that I have a 15% off discount code that I got online and the staff told me I couldn’t use it because the clubs were price protected by the manufacturer and that most clubs are that way. Really disappointing because the only reason I came in was to use that discount code. There were no disclaimers that I saw when I received the code and it really just seems like a bait and switch. While I did enjoy my overall experience, that is enough for me not to shop at Golf Galaxy again.
