Honestly the lady at the window was extremely rude. Couldnāt ever say hi or thank you. The ONLY thing she ever said was my total. Items missing that I had to ask for and she looked SO unhappy to have to get me an item Iāve already paid for. To top it off they still screwed my order up. Edit: itās been about 4 weeks. I just had the same issue with the order being incorrect. Iāve now spent money twice and have not received what I ordered either time. Only this time I canāt eat it at all. Shoutout to Dion at Good Times on 1300 S Colorado Bvldāseriously one of the best customer service experiences Iāve had in a while. Normally donāt write reviews for drive thru experiences but he was friendly without being fake, calm and kind, quick, and just had a great attitude overall. You could tell he cared about doing a good job and making the interaction smooth and positive. Even though it was busy, he stayed cool and professional, and got everything right without missing a beat. He went above and beyond. People like him make a differenceāand definitely make me want to come back. Hope management sees how solid he is. He 100% deserves a raise or a promotion.
