14th street. goodfellas: cashier : Artez did not care. This place is false advertisement. I paid 60.00 for wings pizza and Alfredo. The chicken Alfredo was plain and did not have any Alfredo sauce on it. Looked nothing like the picture. It was horrible. The wings did not look like the picture. No sauce just regular fried chicken. He poured grease on the wings. I had to ask for wing sauce and and Alfredo sauce. Fries were cold and burnt. It was horrible I want my money back.

Edit: I spoke to Eric and he made it right. He handled everything very quickly and professionally and made the pizza I’ve been craving and that I know as THEE goodfellas pizza. I’m very satisfied. I use to order goodfellas every week sometimes twice a week. I always get the pizza and wings combo. They have increased the price and changed the combo ( you note have to pay for dipping sauce for the wings you always purchased and only get two toppings on pizza). My real issue is last year I purchased a pizza and the mushroom or olives were clearly bad. It turned me off for a while. Well I just ordered three days ago and wouldn’t you know…. The toppings are rancid, there’s basically no sauce, crust thin as paper and the bread was cracker dry and crispy. A whole pizza…. Inedible. So guess who paid $30 w/for a 10 piece wing? 👹🤬😤

my boyfriend and i have ate here a few times and the foods always really good ! we live about 40 mins from this location so we enjoy the ride here to get food . but last night june 18-19 (am) we went and order about $70 worth of food and only received $35 worth of it ! no big deal we call this morning just for the guy to us that nobody left a ticket about what happened last night so there is nothing he can do about us missing this amount of food ! mind you i am pregnant ! imagine the disappointment i felt once i got home thinking i was going to eat good ! and my food isn’t in the bag ! 😤 out of everything on the receipt these where the only 3 items we received . and being told it’s nothing they A

We got the Buffalo wings and some pizza. It was good. The door dasher forgot to grab our 2 liter soda. Other than that, I appreciate the restaurant being open so late for us to enjoy something after the club. Thank you!

First off it’s my first time and when you walk in it’s people hanging around lurking that’s not customers.. then when I look in the back the cook don’t wear gloves and it didn’t look to be too clean either!! First appearance is everything!! And have them take more pride in their appearance also geesh …I was drinking but was still able to notice that and that Louisiana sauce too watery should be a lil thicker ff is bland and you didnt have my mozzarella sticks that was a bummer n the mushrooms was yucky and I dipped my love wings in the watery sauce ate a few of them cause me n my brother shared threw the rest away 60 bucks of food n 12 bucks worth was eaten………. Tighten up n refund my tip too …. Oh n my daughter pregnant n she only ate one tender n the ff …. I really want all my money back honesty!!!!!!
