VIP tickets didn’t include seating in VIP area? Purchased tickets for 10 people in February, with no notification we could purchase VIP seating. They said that section opened up in June. Why didn’t they let us know? Customer service failure. VIP tickets at this venue are not true VIP tickets. Sorry. Don’t mislead people. You deserve ZERO stars.

Plenty of drinks, food and space to chill. Had a festival concert atmosphere - if you’re towards the back you could sit or be closer up and get the smashed together concert experience. I did see some kids at the country show I went to so if you’re ambitious you could bring a 5+ kid with you. Would go back. Only consideration is shade in the summer - they do have a large shade tent but on the hottest days I’d give some second thoughts.

It is genuinely a parking lot covered in turf. Everything hurts. Even the band complained about the venue. Sky deck is an absolute scam. The “tiers” don’t even give you different experiences. It’s just priced based on how fast you’re able to check out. Sky deck isn’t even directly across from the stage, it’s basically a bunch of shipping containers squished into the corner. Incredibly hot with little to no shade. No bathrooms, just portapottys. Only gets one star because it needs one for a review.

This venue is decent but feels like it was thrown together. The worst part was how many people they allowed in. Not only was it standing room only, but most people could barely move without bumping into the person in front of, next to, or behind them. It significantly reduced the enjoyment of the whole experience. I attend a lot of concerts but will not return to this venue no matter who is playing here.

It's an awesome venue. I love the use of artificial turf. The audience faces the sunset, so the sun is in your eyes for the opener(s) during daylight savings time, but you get a fantastic view if it's a good sunset day. The front-line staff at the merch booths are real heroes. That line doesn't go away until the show ends since you can watch the show from the line. VIP seats appear to have a good view of the stage. However, they are very far away and off to one side (with the sun in their eyes). ALSO, the VIPs are sort of on display for everyone in line for merch. I'd stay away from those seats unless you really want to relax (seats look comfy) during the show, and don't mind a few hundred people staring at you with an unobstructed view of your entire body head to toe. It'd look more appealing if they just added a short wall so the VIPs aren't on full display. Non-VIP section is great. You can walk around and every where has a decent view of the stage. Go to the west side to avoid sun in your eyes.
