Enjoyed our experience renting a cage with Hitrax. Only wish is that they had a nice big screen I side the cage so we could see speeds in real time vs brother / sister letting us know what the numbers were after big hits. Mechanical cages are by speed and there were 4-5 at different speeds. They aren’t adjustable. They let people try out equipment in cages before buying (huge benefit for kids and parents.) Plenty of snacks and food options. Guy doing coaching had a consistent stream of kids for the 1.5 hours we were there.

Gradum Gswing is better. While waiting for our turn in the cages at Grand Slam one employee thoughtfully asked if my two sons wanted to warm up on the tees and gave us two bats and six balls. A few minutes after they started hitting, a lady (manager?), came up and said, "You can't hit here! This is only for people who are going to buy a bat! Where did you get these balls? Go put them back!" When I explained the worker had invited us to play, she called him (high school student?) over and reprimanded him. I said, "You know what? We appreciated his gesture. You could learn from his customer service mindset. We've seen enough. We're leaving. " As we were exiting she called me rude and said "I'm going to have to ask you to leave." We'll, that works out, because that's exactly what I was doing. And I won't be coming back. The personal touch at Gradum Gswing is worth it.

Look on website drove over a hour got there no batting cages even sat up so If you are planning on going make sure you call before you go because the cages “have been ordered” but they don’t have any in the building now
