As always, Great Smiles provided awsome and accommodating service. My appointment was to get an implant. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my scheduled appointment on my calendar. Plus the reminders I received I thought were for a teeth cleaning that I thought I’d do after the implant. However, when the orthodontist personally called, it was past my appointment time. I was shocked and embarrassed! She worked some magic by talking another patient scheduled later, got them to swap times with me!! Unheard of for the actual Orthodontist to personally do this for a patient. Usually a staff member is assigned and will sometimes take “the path of less resistance” and just reschedule for a future date. Not considering that I had been waiting a few weeks while insurance details got worked out. Needless to say, I cannot express my gratitude for the Dentist and Orthodontist of Great Smile Dental whose professionalism and caring supass any expectations I had and do their best to accommodate when possible and start the process of getting my implant started. It’s actually heartwarming to see a dental office practice good “old fashioned “ customer service and go above and beyond normal expectations!! Thank you!! EG
