I definitely would NOT recommend the Fusion Table. Quality and customer service from Fusion is horrible and definitely subpar for a $10k table. I’ve had the table for a few weeks and have already considered selling it.

He made the purchasing process and scheduling of installation extremely easy. A week or so after my purchase, I received a hand written thank you note from JD in the mail. I will continue to use them moving forward. In addition, the gentlemen who came for the installation were extremely nice and professional. All around wonderful experience from purchase to install.

My experience with Greater Southem was phenomenal. From the phone call inquiring about pool tables, JD took his time explaining the difference in the tables and quality of each. He invited to the store to take a look around. I did go to the store and again JD showed me around and answered all my questions. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Delivery day comes and two gentlemen arrived. They were so kind and professional. I have a no shoe house rule and ask them to put on footies. Yet, with the in and out of my home to grab equipment, that did seem feasible and plus they were not allowed due to safety. So, they covered my floor from entry to where they were working. One of them ensure that the placement was correct and explained the distance from each wall. Once they were finished, it was explained how the table need to be setup, all my extra equipment and my invoice After they left, JD called to see how I liked my pool table and I am and still happy with the process. If you want a great pool table or other games for your home start with Greater Southern and work with JD. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. JD is an amazing sale representative.
