Who knew pottery wheels were so much fun! The mini intro class was perfect. The instructor (Lee) was super nice and helpful. I’m so glad I had her expertise to help if things got wobbly. It’s a lovely space. There are very beautiful pieces from the resident artists in the studio as well. I look forward to taking home my bowls after they have been glazed and fired!

Perfect date idea. It was something new and exciting for us to try. The owner was our instructor and she did a fabulous job at teaching us different techniques and making us feel comfortable the whole way through. Our pieces came out great. Plus the studio is very cute and inviting.

Had such a great time at Grit Ceramic Studios! It was a two hour class, we each got to make two pieces. There were only four of us total, so it felt really intimate, such a great date idea! Alana was amazing and made the whole experience so much fun. Definitely coming back for more!

Visited here for my/our first time on the wheel and it was everything and more! Lee was not only patient, but the perfect person to lead us. Thank you again! We were celebrating a special occasion and it was very beautiful to create new experiences in such a refreshing, creative space. The best part is the location was ultra convenient. Last week, we picked up our pieces (super easy, emailed the time we’d pick up, and when we arrived they were ready in a bag with our names) We’re very excited to use them. Will definitely be returning!

Did my first wheel throwing class and it was such a great time! Was very humbled because it was much harder than it looked. Luckily, Ansley who was the instructor did an amazing time teaching and guiding us. She was patient and would work with you until you understood and felt confident. I was able to make three pieces that I love and absolutely cannot wait to pick up when they are ready. The studio is very new so they do not have signs yet. When you pull into the lot, it is the white building on the left.
