I highly recommend coming here especially if your trying to get out your comfort zone and try a new skill (mental health and first responders this is a beautiful place to decompress) I came here twice over my spring break I attended the drum circle and I attended a painting class all there classes are free so just show up and your ready to go!! Invite a friend, family, etc the atmosphere was really positive I plan on going back again really soon! :)

Sean & Shannon are such a delight and I really enjoyed all the wonderful people I met when I attend there Saturday class. Went to Jackie’s sound bath there. Been to drum circle there in the past. I really love this place. It’s closing its doors for good the end of March 2024. Bummer. They do a lot good things for people in recovery and a lot of healing work.. for a very reasonable price, sucks they couldn’t keep it open. I was just starting to get into it!
