Food Quality: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: N/A Value: 5/5 Tried out Grumpy Dough for the first time today while the truck was at the Wheeler Farm Farmer’s market! Their line was long and the wait was about 30 minutes when we arrived, but well worth it! The taste of The Philippines is strong here -we got the Manila and I loved the Loganisa sausage patty! The burger came out fresh and every bite was so flavorful! The staff were friendly and welcoming, all check marks in my book! I can’t wait to try it more of the menu next time!

LOVED these breakfast sandwiches! Got the bulgogi and Manila. Fun flavor combinations that you can’t find many other places. It was cheesy, flavorful, and saucy and so good. Loved the fresh/hot brioche bun. You can tell that they use fresh ingredients and don’t cut corners! Highly recommend checking this place out.

It doesn't happen often. Finding a new restaurant or food truck in a city you travel to and are so pleasantly surprised that you can't stop yourself from texting and messaging everyone you know about it and blowing up social media. That is what happened when I visited this Philpino-run food truck with an energetic, smiling, and positive owner (Kuya Leo). The truck is right next to a local ☕ coffee shop and 🍪 cookie store. It has ample street parking and limited on site 🅿️ parking. They do have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking and seating but no accessible restrooms. Now for the food. They have 5 options of sandwiches. Toasted brioche rolls, 🍳🥚 eggs (served scrambled or over easy), 🥩🥓🍖 meats, 🧀 cheese, spicy mayo and more. My favorite is the Grumpy with the BEC not far behind. Please visit this food truck. Be wowed by the food and the amazing owner. Make it famous. Let him open up a physical shop!

Bussing. Absolutely must try. Such unique flavours. Photos are true to life and don't they look yummy? Well, they are. Big portions too so well worth the price. The staff are really friendly and the area is cute with a few other nice stores to check out while you wait for your food (it's only like 5 minutes). I'm excited for them to make more options, but I think I'd be quite happy with their selection right now for some time.

Hold onto your taste buds, because The Manila sandwich just took me on a joyride through flavor heaven. This sandwich packs more punch than your average burger joint ever dared to dream. Let’s talk layers. First, that house-made sweet pork (longganisa). A flat patty sausage.  It is the real MVP — juicy, rich, and caramelized with that classic Filipino-style sweetness that dances on your tongue. It's like the soul of a family recipe wrapped in sizzling goodness. Then comes the over-medium egg, yolk just right — not too runny, not too firm — adding a creamy, dreamy layer of richness. Now, here’s where it gets wild: pickled papaya (atchara). Tangy, crunchy, and slightly sweet, it cuts through the richness like a citrusy ninja. Add fresh cucumber slices for cool crunch and balance, and you’ve got a texture party happening in every bite. Don’t forget the cheddar cheese, melting into that spicy mayo like it was born to be there. Speaking of which — the spicy mayo?  It's not spicy at all. Just enough heat without overpowering the rest of the show. All of this magic is hugged by a warm, glossy brioche bun that’s soft, buttery, and toasty on the edges. It soaks up just enough of that savory, saucy goodness without falling apart — the true unsung hero of the whole experience.  >>Do not take it home, feast on site, or in your car asap.
