Awesome deal, they gave me what ChatGPT said I'd get for my trade in, a nice case, and 10% off. They helped me find the right guitar without pointing me to expensive ones. We'll done!

This place is a musicians candy land. What I liked the most is the variety of equipment and services they offer . Customer care is great. Visited twice already. More to come.

I compared prices for the guitar I bought my son before checking here. I thought a big ox store like Guitar Center would be one of the highest priced merchandise centers. It was actually the lowest, and by quite a lot. I bought the guitar for my son for Christmas (I shop early), and it was here in just a couple of days. The box arrived in great condition. The case is a little strange though. It's a soft case, which is fine, but at the large end, the zipper only opens a quarter of the way. I guess he will get used to pulling it out with that, but ... If the guitar scrapes against the zipper, it's going to scratch the finish. Also, when cleaning the guitar you'll need a very soft cloth. Do not use paper towels or something rough. I had a fingerprint on the guitar when I opened it, and it took quite a while to get it off using a soft t-shirt. It leaves stripes on the finish. Well, it's worth every penny for the guitar, so don't leave it behind for petty grievances.

Really digging the new vibe after the refresh. Always good gear and solid staff. Tim from Roland was there and we chatted it up for a while. Everything is hooked up and works which is nice.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received on Sunday absolutely deserves recognition. I’ve visited several music stores—including other Guitar Center locations—but none matched the level of expertise and care I experienced from a gentleman named Tuesday. As someone new to DJing, I had a lot of questions about what kind of speakers would best suit my needs. Tuesday took the time to break everything down in a way that was easy to understand. He didn’t just try to sell me something—he genuinely helped me make the right decision for my audience and budget. I’m not one to throw money down a rabbit hole, especially when spending hundreds of dollars. Tuesday made sure I got the best bang for my buck, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, patient, and honest service, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Tuesday. He made what could’ve been a confusing experience smooth.
