This location is great and HUGE! The staff are knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. The whole place is organized well and clean, even the restroom. They had so many lessons going on it was really fun! We mainly hung out in the new acoustic guitar area. The used acoustic guitars are near the bass and amps area around a corner. There we found the one we brought home: a beautiful gently used Taylor 214-CE and the associate who helped us got a ladder to get it down for us and he was super nice! He even suggested new strings and insurance which we got and he offered lessons info. Good place to visit for the new and aspiring or veteran musician.

I have bought my Yamaha DGX-670 and an audio interface at this location (North Raleigh). In both situations, Mark, with the keyboard and professional audio section, has helped me, and he was simply great: kindness (storing the keyboard in my car), professionalism (great product knowledge and suggestions) and follow-up. I congratulate Guitar Center’ management for having in their team such a great member. I will definitely come back, and strongly recommend this store!

I Even seen some broken guitars in the front during checkout a little bit ago , and purchased one for 10 bucks I think, and glued it and bonded it and it plays perfect to this day , so just wanted to plug ya in on little deals you can find there .
