Not sure why these guys are so unfriendly…they need friends in Boulder. Been in now three times with other CO residents visiting and they cant be less helpful. Twice tried to order stuff through them and they took my details and then never followed up 3 weeks later. Came with friends to buy something and they could care less (try acknowledging people in your store for 30 minutes)…maybe they think everyone is a PETA mole. At least they have a nice used collection. Maybe it’s a tax write off for the owners personal collection. Weak. I resorted to Cabella’s…I tried to buy local but at least those guys will help.

I've never had good service here. Been many times. There is a 10-day waiting period in Boulder before you can take your firearm home. Not their fault. But the fact that my order showed up within a week, I called them on day 9, and they hadn't even done the background check, hadn't called me to tell me it showed up. It took 25 days before I could take my purchase home. I'm done with this shop.
