My 4yo has been coming for a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. I started him in gymnastics because he’s a rough and tumble kid, and I was hoping he’d learn how to roll properly and not break his neck! ;o) But the skills and discipline he’s acquired have far exceeded any expectation I had of gymnastics at this age. The weekly themes impress me to no end and keep him interested. Coach Kevin is hilarious and does an amazing job of wrangling more than a handful of rambunctious little ones. Coach Cheri was wonderful with helping his confidence and increase his skill at a Parent’s Night Out event, which I can’t speak highly enough of! So glad we found this gem of a gym!

Great experience for my 6yo, she loves coming to gymnastics! High school coaches for the elementary kids, good for learning the basics, pricing appropriate. Would recommend!

The coaches, Rosie and Cheri, get five stars. They are kind, attentive, and helpful. The ladies on the front end get zero stars for being quite rude and having very little customer service skills. The owner, while nice enough, couldn't care less about having our business, so, sadly, we are going to another gym.

The staff is always friendly and professional. The facilities are older, but well maintained and they get the job done while serving as a testament to the quality of the program and satisfaction of their clientele, which has kept them busy for over 20 years. They offer a variety of classes and coaching levels dependent on the age, skill and competitive desire of the participant. Class sizes are limited and you must register for each 8 week session. Preschoolers have lots of fun activities that teach skills while playing games to keep them engaged. Older students rotate through multiple Olympic activities on any given day, while receiving coaching and challenges based on their current skills and abilities. If a student outgrows the current class there is always a more challenging option. There are not any late afternoon options for children under 3, which can be frustrating if you have a 3 year old and a school age child and only want to make one trip. However, considering how busy this gym is in the afternoon and evenings, it is probably for the best.

For elementary-age children, teenagers, and adults, the gym offers an array of challenges ranging from basic recreational gymnastics to competitive-level training. This gradient of skill options allows friends or family groups to accommodate members with vastly different experience levels without worry. Coaches are available to provide individualized attention and guidance, helping beginners learn new skills while also refining techniques for more advanced gymnasts.
