To start i cannot walk correctly due to a disabilty i have so i flagged down a worker that was working outside and he hand delivered me a scooter, after that I couldn't find anything I was looking for whatsoever and I had to asked the same worker to help me find some things since he was coming back out of the heat to drink some water. Joshua helped me very quickly and payed close attention to my requests and then went on his way. After I went to check out lord and behold he was my cashier. He asked me how I did with finding my items and bagged my items while also taking my payment, he is such a good lad for helping someone like me with my requests because I didn't have my sister with me to help me out. If I could give 10 stars for the young man I would.

My curbside experience is usually pretty good even with forgotten items they always make sure I get my things once they are notified. Today I did a return on an expired item. The Starbucks Cold Coffee was bought 05/16/2025 at 2:00pm expired 05/04/2025. Prior to going to store I called and partner said just to take item back and I would get a refund. So I did today and when I was explaining to the gentleman who seemed in a hurry the situationI, he didn’t give me any information on how the return was going to be made and when. He took item order number and said they will take care of it. I called and a partner said it would take 4-5 days for the refund to be made. Not sure why it would take this long if it’s the processing or my bank. Just want to make sure expiration dates are being checked. I have kids and even though I only drank the coffee once I had stomach pains and diarrhea. Thank you for your time and consideration.
