I've seen her give attitude to customers when they ask her a question because they can't find something. She has given me attitude and just stands there looking at me while I shop. When I confronted her about it, she stayed quiet and walked towards her friend next to her and started laughing. It's so unprofessional. How can you maintain a managerial role while exhibiting unprofessional and rude behavior? I've encountered other individuals who share similar sentiments regarding her demeanor, with even the cashiers expressing comparable concerns about her attitude.

Me: -Do you have a fork? Worker: - the cashier will give it to you. Me: -okay, thank you. The cashier: - we have no fork, only we have chopsticks. Do you need? Me: - I have no choice, ok, please. The chopsticks:

Great grocery store for all types of Asian food! Authentic, original and fresh. Great selection of fish and greens and beverages, too.

Honestly I never leave reviews like this but employees were very unhelpful and everyone has an attitude, especially the cashiers. Not willing to help and damaged goods in my bag from throwing them around (kimchi juice spilling out) I don’t know also seemed like they weren’t thrilled with a black man shopping there either.

The first time will be your worst time. To start I parked right by the elevators. In front there was a sign that is easy to miss. It said that after a certain hour this area was for valet parking. If you’re not careful you’re in for an embarrassing treat. I took an elevator without any indications it went to Hmart out of a sense of adventure. I asked the girl next to me if it went to Hmart and she said it does. I got off and it still seemed I was living the urban adventure of a life time. To my left I saw Hmart on a glass wall so I thought maybe that was it. Then a young man told me it was the home goods part of Hmart. lol! To be sure I saw they sell a cute pink fan! Then I walked in the opposite direction and it all became clear! Behold Hmart to my left! It reminded me of the time I walked past some large tropical trees and saw Palenque emerge all of a sudden! It was a sight to behold! lol! The store is as small as I remember it to be. It looks nicer after remodeling to be sure. Today’s mission was to find cheap mountain spring water and Nutella biscuits. I noticed there’s a pretty impressive fresh noodle section - not just Korean. Then I saw the seafood and meat area. I went forward to where Cocohodo was. I passed by some cool little restaurants and noted to my horror that Cocohodo is gone! I went towards the store front and saw the alcohol section. The waters I was looking for were there. All the way at the bottom. It looked really bad as the only prices I saw around were $2.99! This particular water is usually no more than a little less than two bucks. I took the leap of faith and put them in my trusty Shiseido shopping bag. At the cash register I found out they cost $5.18 together. About $2.60 each. The cashier was a nice young lady programmed to say “Do you need a bag?” She started saying it when she got cut off by the sight of my bag. lol! The water tells the story that this store is not cheap. You pay for the vibrant urban experience I guess. I didn’t find my cookies. I didn’t spot the cookie section on this trip. So the store is really nice, and it has a vibrant urban feel to it, along with some handsome young Korean men, but the store is so small that you can expect some far less interesting things won’t be here, especially if there’s an extensive noodle section but that’s fine! This is why you came here remember? Parking is in an underground structure. I returned the way I came in and the handsome young Korean guy came in to the elevator too. The elevator was still confusing and the handsome young Korean guy in the cashier line next to mine looked at the floor immediately as I looked toward him for help. lol! You show your receipt with your ticket to the person in the exit booth. That’s validation here.
