This is a hidden Halloween costume gem tucked away in the corner of a strip mall in mission valley. The selection here beats SPIRIT and Party City hands down. The accessories is where I fell in love! They have great customer service and the price falls right in line and on occasion even cheaper than most other costume places.

This one had an extra floor level left after entrance. I found a costume that I was debating about Fire Fighter. An employee said there is another Halloween Express across the way u can bring back the outfit if you find another one. She said as long as it was by the 17th. The person at the cash register also said I could return the outfit. I went to the store across the way found a cop outfit. The man cashing me out said the cop outfit is better I came back to bring the outfit the manager said we only do exchanges. I said your two of your employees said I could bring back the outfit twice. The manager said u should have read the receipt. I said u should tell your employees not to tell customers they can return things. She said I can't give your money back. The manager was super rude. I have bought costumes from Halloween express for many many years. Had the employees told me I could only exchange it. I wouldn't have bought. Also the package was missing the belt. I am going to call corporate. Exchanges only guys and make sure u check all the items even the accessories. Poor customer service. The least the manager could have done was take responsibilty for their employees actions by saying I will talk to them about not telling costumers u can return the items.
