Mike and Chuck were extremely helpful to our needs for specific Specialized bicycles. After checking in with 4 or 5 bike shops, we chose to deal with Hangar 15 in Millcreek, even though they were 1 1/2 hours away, because they were by far the most knowledgeable and helpful and were quickly able to get us set up with the bikes we wanted. The store was clean and well organized, and we could not be more happy with our dealings with them. They secured the bikes we wanted, answered all questions we had, and gave us all the pertinent information we needed. I highly recommend Hangar 15 in Millcreek and are so glad we found them.

My husband and I have been going to the Hangar 15 shop managed by Mike for over 10 years. They always have amazing service and quality. Mike is an expert at bike fitting! Most recently, my bike was having problems shifting - and I thought it needed a tune. It's spring and the shop is very busy- so the lead time for a tune was longer than I wanted to be without my bike! Luckily, the young fellow (failed to get his name!!) that helped me- was able to fix the derailleur in 10 minutes for a nominal charge! He also gave us a great tip on proper tire pressure! So lucky this shop is close by! :)
