I've visited a few times and usually really enjoy the food, but our most recent visit on April 17th was a big letdown. The loaded fries, which typically come with chopped fried chicken breast, were not up to par. The chicken had bones in it and was cleary not chicken breasts. The waffles were also disappointing: dry, overly cakey, and so salty they were practically inedible. They really need better quality control and some serious retraining if this is the direction things are heading.

NOTE: This was the location in Tamarac, Fl. I've NEVER been to any other location. I'm not sure why this keeps changing my review to a Miami location but I've never been there. Weird! My experience here was okay. Not great, not horrible. You can tell that they're understaffed. There was 1 guy at the front counter and mayyybe 2 people cooking. I'm not sure why one should have to wait 30 minutes for 4 chicken tenders and 3 baby sized waffle pieces but that's what I experienced. 3 out of the 4 tenders were seasoned ONLY on one side, and the 4th was disappointingly plain as ever. I can say that the 3 half seasoned tenders did taste good. The waffles are tiny and were partially burnt. It appears that they tried to hide that by how they placed them in the box. The more I really think about my experience, maybe it's a 2 ⭐ meal, not 3. 🤔 I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that mayyybe they were having an off day, but it wasn't busy at all when I was there. I'm a little disappointed considering that this meal cost me just over $16. I probably won't go back.

Had the pleasure of trying their food for the first time at Tropical Park for their Friday Food Truck event. My husband and I shared the chicken and waffles and holy cow was it worth it. The waffles were delicious, light and fluffy and paired perfectly with the medium chicken tenders that we got. The waffle fries were perfectly crispy as well and the customer service was friendly & informative. Absolute pleasure to eat here and definitely a new one to add to my pregnancy craving list.
