The place that was in this location before was better. The drinks are fine and the boba could be better quality and consistency. We had the mango tea and a jasmine green with mango and boba. They were ok, but would try the other boba shops in Mtn View next time.

We ordered the chocolate bubble waffle and it tasted weird. The inside was raw and pasty, and it had a weird after taste. Although it was freshly made in front of us, the batter may have been stale. This was our first time trying out Happy Lemon, but we will not visit again.

The whole place smells like pastry and it makes your mouth water while you wait a long time for your order to be ready. The Okinawa roasted milk tea is really really good and I would order it again. It may be a bit too sweet for some. The boba was soft with the right amount of chew. The mango matcha smoothie tastes more like mango than matcha. The mango chunks are too big to go through the straw.

I’m a fan of Happy Lemon and happy to see one in downtown Mountain View. My favorite boba spot in downtown Mountain View (and in general) is tea era but happy lemon is a good spot and takes credit card unlike tea era. The classic boba milk tea and the mango match is really good. Not enough data on this location but the Sunnyvale Happy Lemon is consistently good. At any rate, I would recommend stopping here.
