Best Chinese food in Ann Arbor - Hands down!!! Been coming here for years. New owners now. It was good before, but now it’s GREAT. We moved to Saline 6 years ago and there are 3 Chinese restaurants in Saline. I still drive to town to get Happy Wok because it’s just that good!! All the traditional dishes. Today it was Singapore rice noodles and Lo Mein. Delicious as always. They never disappoint. Seasoning just right, huge portions, very friendly service. This will be your new favorite joint for Chinese food.

I ordered the Szechuan chicken with no bamboo sheets no baby corn and no water chestnuts. I just asked for fresh vegetables. It’s awesome. I think the sauce is pretty good and the fried rice is probably the most amazing since like middle Kingdom close down on Main Street they were they did an amazing fried rice and I’ve never found any fried rice in the entire United States to be as good as that but this place comes really close. I picked up from another Chinese restaurant off Jackson rd here in Ann Arbor. The fried rice there was really greasy and nasty and the pork was not good. I just threw it away but this place is awesome pork fried rice.

I am so glad I tried this over the weekend. It was amazing! I ordered the Kung Pao Bean Curd for takeout and it was ready on time. It was so delicious I cannot wait to go back. I am very picky with my vegetables so asked for no mushrooms, no onions and no celery and they did the order exactly how I wanted. I had a good amount of leftovers since the portions are large. The staff was also super friendly and kind.
