I’ve been coming to this theater for the past six years — honestly, more times than I can count. But somehow, the soda situation has never improved. Every single time, without fail, the soda is completely flat. Doesn’t matter the drink, doesn’t matter the day. What’s even more frustrating is that when you let the employees know, they just shrug it off or act like it’s not their problem. Ask for a new one? Still flat. No apology, no effort to fix it. I just paid $15 for two sodas that are totally undrinkable. It’s such a basic thing, and it’s been an issue for years. You’d think they’d care enough to maintain their machines, especially with how much they charge. Really disappointing.

This is one of my favorite places to spend a good time with family or alone. I like to leave early to have my favorite beer at the bar before enjoying the movie. Ah, but the popcorn cannot be missing. I love this cinema because of the comfort in the reclining seats. I can not ask for more!

This 2 star rating is due to your theater being extremely hot. Other reviews state the same thing so clearly its an issue. The seating is not a good as other theaters. Seats are less padded and closer together. Shopping center is nice. I won't say i wont wont return, but turn up the AC!

First off, box office was great, especially when I made a mistake and purchased an extra ticket. Guy refunded it with no problem, so big thumbs up. Now for the concessions. What a rip-off if you ask me. Not only is everything is overly priced, but now it seems they have lost their minds when it comes to refills. Even though we haven't been here for a while, apparently Harkins Theaters got greedy. You used to be able to buy a large popcorn and soda and would get one free refill on both considering the expensive price you had to pay and you didn't mind. But now they only give you a free refill on the popcorn only if your s loyalty rewards member and not on the soda. Really Harkins, you're charging me over $7 for a drink and mostly try and fill it up with mostly ice, and I can't get a free refill what a rip-off. Now, if you want a refill, you got to buy the loyalty cup for the same price, which is way smaller than a large cup, but then you got to pay a $1 for refills. Seriously. Harkins has gotten so greedy and petty on refills. We usually go to Movie Tavern, but we figured we were close to them on my birthday, so why not. Never again, Harkins, you definitely lost our patronage.

Great shopping location. The neighborhood has some of the best shopping & eating around. The theater offer pretty decent food and beverage options including wine,as well. It is best to take advantage of matinee prices because everything these days are expensive. The free refill on drinks were nice but no longer exist. I would spend the day at the theater and take in 2 to 3 movies and only buy one ice tea. Comfy recliner seating. I wish they were heated.
