This experience is NOT what was advertised at all. First off: The location was NOT in south beach. The location is about 45 minutes away. Thankfully, we had a rental car but for those who don’t and expect it to be in south beach, this could easily become a big Uber or Lyft bill to get too and from each way. Second: We did NOT get a full hour on the horses. We got a total of 35 mins. For reference between me and my partner we paid $320 for this experience. They basically charged us $10 per minute to be on the horses. Third: the views and trail itself is mediocre. The reviews said beach views yet there was not a single body of water in sight. Instead we went through a forest trail behind their main facility with a bunch of brush. It was okay, but again NOT what we expected. Fourth: our listing said we would be provided snacks but we were offered absolutely nothing. All in all, the plus sides were that the staff were friendly, but this experience was not as advertised. Honestly, I expected something totally different than what we got. Ultimately, the experience could’ve been somewhat redeemed if we got at least the promised full hour. Instead we got 35 minutes. This experience would be more worth it if it was like $40 per person honestly.

The location that appears on the website is not the location of the horseback riding, we stayed in South Beach and looked for activities around, when we saw this page we thought it would be a good idea but in the end we felt robbed. This morning when they sent us the location of the activity we were surprised and we thought it was a joke but no. 1. The location was 45 minutes away 2. 100 dollars in Uber 3. 255 dollars for a walk around some roads without good views around the same Hacienda 4. We only walked with the horses because we couldn't run with them A scam, clean-hand robbery and so far the worst experience of my life in terms of horseback riding
