Harmony in Motion is a cozy studio tucked away in the Pauline/Stadium neighborhood. I’ve been attending a yoga class here with Pam since September. I’m impressed with Pam’s ability to tailor the sequences to everyone’s ability. I have a knee that gives me trouble in some of the poses and Pam always offers modifications that allow me to keep going. All are welcome and if you are new to yoga this is an excellent place to start. It’s a friendly, welcoming community.
